Hello all. Please take note of the following important announcements and spread to as many 4E2 students as you can.
  1. Thermometer - Do take note that there will be temperature taking exercise when school reopens, therefore please remember to bring it on Monday. This is very important.

  2. Travel Declaration form - All of us are required to download and print the form and submit it to Mr Bala when school reopens on Monday. To help save the hassle, this is the download link: http://www.northviewsec.net/TravelDeclarationForm.doc

Other than that, you may want to download and print the parent letter regarding the H1N1 issue. http://www.northviewsec.net/LetterforParents.doc

  3. Planners - With all the holiday programme, I hope that you have not forgotten to update your planners as Mr Bala will be checking it on Monday. Dont forget to put it in your bag after you have updated it!
That's all for today's announcement. Please take note that all three points are equally important.

Hoping you're doing well for revision,

Cheng Hwee
