Plan for 'The Reunion of 4E2'09'(Note that the following plan will only be finalized after the voting.)

Chalet that we are trying to book: Aloha Loyang Garden Bungalow, 3D2N (click here for more information on the accommodation)
Cost for each person: $20
What does the $20 for each person includes:
- The accommodation
- BBQ food and beverage
- Customised cake (similar to last year)
For the first day's dinner, we will do a 'whoever is there then chip in'. In other words, whoever is there on the first night, can chip in to order food in bulk then we have our dinner together. Alternatively, whoever is there can chip in then we buy ingredients and prepare the dinner on our own! (aloha loyang has kitchen)
On the second night, it will be the usual BBQ and cake cutting ceremony (LOL).
